The first step is to register. As a guest, you can just browse but to sell or buy you must have an account. A registered account allows you create reviews and post on their community boards, track up to two hundred items at one time and use e-bay to manage your selling and buying activities.
When you register, you must read and sign their user agreement. Then you have an account where you can also get messages and can list your preferences. You need to learn how to spot a fake email and what to do about it. Before you buy an item, read the feed back that the other members have left for the seller and learn their training history.
When you are ready to start buying, you begin by browsing or searching for what you are interested in. You need to learn how to bid, buy, and find out selling basics.
